[Docs]: Test notebook code and remove non-functional

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The notebooks are aging and we need to remove any that aren't functional (or aren't relevant because new functionality replaces them). They need to be tested.

#1846 is specifically for Swarm as the new Group Chat replaces it.
