Fix TODO's on the code

With migration on SDK's and general cleanup , we can look at TODO's on the code base as well as fixing lint issues on sonar (low priority)

Feature/add headers and metadata

Change the complete implementation > Add headers, Kafka metadata > Convert Avro to Json and ingest > Unify most ingestion types

Feature/update tag name for dups

Add SQL support for Spark reads

Provide an option to read data with SQL

* Add a github release on create of new release-tag

Right now upload to GH releases is manual. We can upload this using CD. Release to central will still follow the ESRP partner release pipeline process https://docs.github.com/en/actions/publishing-packages/publishing-java-packages-with-maven#publishing-packages-to-github-packages
