Date picker field type

I think a date picker field would be great. I don't how many people are using Depot for a CRM or project management, but I'm finding great value in this extension for managing project and clients. The ability to add a date column would be the icing on the cake.

My wish list for this would be:

• the JSON is written with a locale-agnostic format e.g. UNIX timestamp, but rendered in the UI as the user's locale
• the ability to have the field's default value be the current date

This is a great idea! I agree that it would be really useful. I imagine we could also probably have a column setting that can dictate how the chosen date is stored.
