Set up pigeo and scipy on mac

I am having trouble setting up the server on my MacBook. Also, I am unable to run pigeo's web-based app. screen shot 2019-03-01 at 11 55 46 am

seems you need to install scipy. you can install scipy by "pip install scipy".
