What is the accuracy level of these predictions over a larger list of twitter handles or tweets?

The evaluation for the test set of the corresponding dataset is reported in: Rahimi, Afshin, Trevor Cohn, and Timothy Baldwin. "pigeo: A python geotagging tool." Proceedings of ACL-2016 System Demonstrations (2016): 127-132.

Accuracy, often decreases with the time passed from the data collection period. It also depends on the target countries, cities. It's often good to retrain the models with new data or data whose distribution is similar with the target data. Look at Dredze, Mark, Miles Osborne, and Prabhanjan Kambadur.
