[BUG] Action Bar gets set to white

I'm not entirely sure why this happens but updating from 2.0.7 to 2.1.0 and subsequently 2.1.1 has overridden my action bar color and turned it to a white shade. See screenshots below.

The PDF library is used elsewhere within the app but this happens to the entire application.

My app theme extends from Theme.Material3.DayNight if that helps.
