I tend to agree ... thinking about it, the command line interface we'd want would probably be nearly identical to ctlrender, so why not just build on top of that.

Homebrew formula not available

`rawtoaces` is currently undergoing a big overhaul. We will likely put on `homebrew` when we've got it back in shape. Thanks

Labelling on volcano plots

"Show labels" on the various plots should be accompanied by an option of how many points to label. Labeling all make the plots unreadable.
