Can't run AppImage from USB? - tails 5.4
I cannot run the HiddenVM AppImage from a USB, If I attempt to run it outside of the USB I can't access the .OVA from virtualbox if it is in the usb, so I attempt to put it into tails' amnesiac storage, but there is not enough space for in a regular tails install...
Yes I set the USB to be the root directory for HiddenVM, still doesn't work. It downloads VirtualBox to /home/clearnet.
The end result is that I will have to re-install HiddenVM with every tails boot, since every relevant file is downloaded to amnesiac storage.
The other result (if I try running it from a USB) is nothing. And yes I have set the permisions to executable.... Even if I go to "properties" the executable checkbox will automatically uncheck itself. chmod doesnt work either... Not only that but even a simple "hello world" bash script refuses to run in a USB. I am wondering how you install hiddenvm given these obstacles, is it a "me" problem?
I am running tails 5.4.
