Provide a privacy option to not use google fonts

Hey, kudos for a fantastic theme for jenkins.

It would be awesome if one could have an option to run have the theme without external assets such as google fonts which can be a concern in terms of privacy.

Indeed, I have at least found a workaround for now. See #143.
