Small buttons and missing context menu background on Job Config

I applied the indigo theme on our Jenkins v2.41, and found that the buttons in the job configuration get very very thin. See the attached image.

Also the context menu for adding new build steps is missing a background, so the new steps are just there as text overlay. See also the image below.

It seems that v 2.41 have a different id for the page content. If I search for id page-content in the website sourcecode and replace it with the id jenkins the style is working again.
