dependency and theme updates

  • Gradle plugin update to latest 7.3.1, spotless and material dependencies update
  • Compile version 29 to 33 update
  • Build tools version update to 30.0.3
  • Multidex & Material3 support for SampleApp

Updated library version from 3.3.0 to 3.5.0

I also use the Theme. Material3. DayNight. NoActionBar theme, and sometimes the pop-up will display as a whiteboard and nothing will be visible
