Nav is showing on subgroup creation page when logged in

Nav with "Dashboard | Groups | All Members | All Events" is showing on subgroup creation page when logged in on https://production-swingleft.herokuapp.com/groups/1/subgroups/new, which may or may not be intentional? Not clear why there should be a nav on this page. If a nav is desired, make sure to remove the "All Events" option.

@jlgoldman nav is showing because you are logged in, but would be hidden if you were not. have in the back of my head to always hide it, but if it's not high prio for you, i'd sooner deprioritize it since an organizer is likely to forgive this and the main target is a non-logged-in user.
