Make phone number optional when adding a new attendee / person record

Sometimes event organizers dont' know the phone number, so let us add people without a phone number.

emelotwo [6:23 AM] Fantastic new feature to add attendees directly from Affinity. I added one attendee who was already in AN and it pulled the info beautifully. The other attendee was not in AN, but I wasn't able to add because I didn't have her phone number. Can you change so the phone number is not a required field?
