Missing python

GIMP_AppImage-git-2.10.19-20200323-withplugins-x86_64.AppImage

Python not working. Anything that uses a console. Not many built in python plugins these days but try either Filters -> Python-fu -> Console or with an image open Filters -> Decor -> Fog

Looks like the whole of the ....usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/cairo folder is missing.

Otherwise very nice, using kubuntu 18.04

@rich2005 Thanks for the detailed report, I will see how to fix the bundled python... used to work in the past...
