Does not run on Lubuntu 17.04

Sorry to bother you again, but that AppImage failed to run on Lubuntu 17.04. Terminal screenshot attached. Any tips to make it work?

The Nov 8th AppImage with Plugins works fine with Ubuntu 18.04.

@probonopd I have no access to twitter, so replying here... The error is very strange, never seen something similar. Unfortunately there is no Ubuntu docker container for 17.04, so testing is a bit more difficult. I will try to get a LiveCD, unless the user opts for upgrading to a stable 18.04 release (which I would recommend).
