Photoflow crashes while unchecking Raw developer - RawLoader (Windows 10)

Hello Andrea!

Photoflow, sooner or later, always crashes on Windows 10 (64 bit - home edition) while checking and unchecking the Raw developer and RawLoader buttons. It suffices to open no matter what RAW imge and perform some basic operation. Afterwards you start checking and unchecking the first 2 buttons in the stack until Photoflow crashes. Reproduced easily several times with different images.

Btw, you forgot to add the GDB.exe in the build (bin folder as usual) :-)

Version tested: PhotoFlow_git_stable_w64_20191208_1729_68e6e

@SilvioGrosso I have been thinking a bit on this issue, and I personally concluded that it would be best to make such kind of layers "always visible", because it really makes no sense to hide one of them...

I will push a fix soon. Thanks!
