Add documentation on how to get started

It could be nice to add some doc to tell someone how to read their stock-trader interface and input the correct numbers in Wealthfolio to have an equivalent representation, even without importing all the past trade, so if I have only a few lines in my account, I could get started easily, and still see my P/L etc
