Process Hanging when trying to index data

I have been trying to setup oqa. I successfully downloaded the data. After I start-all the solr servers, I started the script create-indexes-small.sh. The system hangs after printing message "Indexing paraphrase data...", even after waiting for whole day long. Could you suggest how to resolve this issue.
