Computer hang when indexing relsyn

I tried to build OQA on Ubuntu 14.04, but after finished running create-indexes-small.sh and start running create-indexes.sh, my computer always hang at Indexing relsyn. I tried leaving it running overnight, but it couldn't help. Notice that I swapped line 28-29 in utils.py in order to run (according to this https://github.com/afader/oqa/issues/4). Anyone have the solution here, please?
