Extracting data/output from various stages of the pipeline.

Sir, I am interested in extracting output of individual stages of the pipeline, for eg., Question to Paraphrase derivations, paraphrase to query generation, query re-writing etc. Have you made provisions for such an atomic use of the pipeline? Or such a functionality demands reverse engineering on part of the user?
