"CERN OHL" is not (no longer) sufficiently describing the rights and restrictions
Just referring to "CERN OHL" is no longer sufficient. There are now three versions of the license, with different permissions and targets. For the part I contributed to the project, I'm fine to declare it as being used under the permissive version, CERN-OHL-P v2. If I read the CERN license correctly, we should also place a copy of the license into the tree, so it gets bundled with the source code.
