External links warning (caution) and security checking [proposal, discussion]

I suggest to notice users when they follow the external links that superhero.com is not responsible to manage any security at that pages that they want to follow. Also it will be nice to have some kind of security checking for such links, at least a blacklist with fraudulent websites.
