[Feature] full scan using ffmpeg

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The problem I encountered is that video files were not completely transferred and so not playing fully (sometimes containing gaps of 5-10 minutes), yet ffprobe marked these files as having no issues.

Describe the solution you'd like Full analysis of files using ffmpeg.

Describe alternatives you've considered Manually running ffmpeg on newly copied files which was able to identify the issue.

Additional context Use the same database of a quick or full check.
