[BUG] `Ecto.Enum` support

Versions Used Kaffy: 0.9.3 Phoenix: 1.6.12 Elixir: 1.14.0-otp-25

What's actually happening? I use Ecto.Enum fields and it seems that it is possible to update it, but the saved result is not rendering in the corresponding select in the show page.

What should happen instead? Saved value should render in the select.

This is planned for the 0.9.4 release.
