Panick in `from eml` in 'formats plugin' when Danish character æ is on boundary of body preview

Since `nu` [specifies `eml-parser = "0.1"`](https://github.com/nushell/nushell/blob/354f32a72099d359bc1b19d91d83db3006fd6f8e/crates/nu_plugin_formats/Cargo.toml#L19), I assume this should be picked up with a new build, or you can presumably force it with `cargo update`?
