Add ability to specify time in minutes and seconds

It would be useful to be able to seek to a time by specifying minutes and seconds instead of just seconds.

?t=130 -> ?t=2m10s

Definitely more readable... and in line with how sharing a time point works on youtube. I'll take a look at adding it.
