basic setup for web and created frontend

Created web application for Visma. Whole code for web resides in web folder. As of now front-end has been done.

This is the first page when site is opened.

After Clicking on the Visma Button 'Simplify', 'Integerate', 'Differentiate' and 'Factorial' Button will be shown, same as in Visma gui.

Sorry for a late review. Please consider going through contributing guidelines before making a PR. The reason Travis CI build is failing is because of linting errors, consider running ./run test syntax and remove linting errors.
