[NSE Lot Sizes function throws error #42]

1.Adding two additional functions to address the said issue. 2.Latest FnO BhavCopy has lot size information and it is of .zip format file.

I fixed that issue long time ago. If you want to add another function, name it in better way otherwise it will create confusion (I have to document too right?)
