There is no item named 'OPS/http:/cdnapi.kaltura.com/p/506471/sp/50647100/playManifest/entryId/1_cw1p8crj/flavorId/1_lmrbd4yg/format/url/a.mp4' in the archive

how to overcome this issue i am pretty sure that file is not corrupted but still in doubt . any suggestion? your time is highly appreciated

Would it be a problem if you send me your EPUB file so I can test it? I would say you have full url somewhere instead of relative path or something.
