Round to 1.0

I would say we are more than ready for 1.0. First commit was done 4 May 2013 and that is like 5 years by now. Ever since it was created this library has been used in the production by Booktype and other projects.

I think it is time to fix up the docs a bit and some other things and release 1.0. After that prepare more tests so we are able to rewrite ebooklib a bit more.
