Run commands from the web

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Typing commands into GitHub is error prone because there is no tab-completion or autocorrect. Users often mistype commands but don't notice and are surprised when the command does not work.

Describe the solution you'd like Given Cody has a web interface, when viewing a PR through Cody's UI, there should be buttons to run the various commands that the user can click.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative solution to mistypes is to have Cody respond with error messages or "did you mean" hints. This could be nosiy, however, because comments generate notifications for everyone involved in the PR.
