Reviewer's dashboard

We have a UI now. We need to make it more useful.

A dashboard for the currently-logged in user seems like a good place to start to give some end-user value. It could show all PRs that they are a reviewer for and let them filter by status of their own review, repository of the PR, what review rule added them (?), maybe other things.

  • [ ] List PRs where a given user is the reviewer
  • [ ] Allow filtering PRs by status
  • [ ] Allow filtering by reviewer status
  • [ ] Allow filtering by review rule that added the reviewer
