Getting Started documentation does not work anymore

The getting started documentation seems to be broken. The link leads to a 404 - not found.

The linked etcd-operator.yaml file is missing since v0.4.1.

Seems the root cause here is that releases since https://github.com/aenix-io/etcd-operator/releases/tag/v0.4.0 do not include CRDs in the release assets.
