Add script utility type

Handles the common pattern of EVALSHA then calling EVAL if EVALSHA returns a NOSCRIPT error.

I would be happy to write some unit tests, but wasn't sure the best strategy. Would appreciate any guidance you can provide.

Hi @zombiezen,

I'm going to merge this in 6.0.0 instead of the 5.x version. I'm almost done with some major refactoring and breaking changes for better TLS support, and I'd like to put the 5.x version in maintenance mode. I'll ping you once I come back to this in a couple weeks.
