This is a super handy plug-in, but it's just started showing duplicates badges. Any idea what's going on? (this is a fresh/vanilla install running 3.0.5).

That is weird, tried updating to 3.0.5 now, and not getting that bug. What plugins do you have installed?

I can probably fix this by checking if that badge already exists, would just be good to know why it happens.

Just getting this too, only started doing it since I've installed the Cloudfare plugin though so not sure if it's linked. Filed an issue on WorkingConcepts page too for reference: https://github.com/workingconcept/cloudflare-craft-plugin/issues/5

I've just updated to C3.0.6 and it seems to have resolved this issue! :)

Still haven't been able to reproduce, but I've added a fix for checking if the badge already exists, and only update it if it does. Can you guys check if that fixes it for you? Update to 1.0.1.
