optimize Meilisearch document syncing

Instead of using a daily cron job to update all the definitions in our Meilisearch index, we could simply add a new document to the index when a definition is approved. A downside of this, however, is that definitions that are manually deleted from the main database will still be searchable. It's not that big of a deal, but it is something to consider
