Issue on importing HorovodRayPlugin

After installation and configuration of everything and trying to run the main script, the following import error was raised. It looks like a version issue relevant to the ray_lightning package. Anyone knows how to solve it? I think it is not necessary to use Horovod but how to comment all of them? Thanks.
