Option to only mark post as read when opened
I am using the voyager app on iOS and I think I’ve decided this one is my favorite to use.
However, there are a couple things I’d like to see added: an option to not mark a post as read on image open, only if I go into the actual post. The second would be smooth animation on phones that support promotion. It feels like when I use this app everything is so laggy. I’m not a developer so I don’t know how it’s handled but none of the other Lemmy apps feel like I’m using a 60hz screen.

There's some iOS/android OS bugs where 60hz isn't always working for web views.
As for an option to only mark as read on post open: That's something that could be implemented.
What about for upvoting? I assume that would not mark as read either - only when you open the comments.
