Blocking c/ or user doesn't remove content from feed

Describe the bug When blocking a user, instance or community, posts prior to block doesn't remove the posts from feed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Block a user, instance or community
2. Refresh feed, change from Active/Hot/Etc to any other
3. Scroll down to see posts pre-block still in feed
4. See error

Expected behavior Blocking should prevent user from seeing anything from the blocked user, instance or community, by removing them from feed
