Adding "CW: " on post titles breaks the copy functionality after switching accounts

Describe the bug Whenever I try to copy a post title that has "CW: " it copies normally but pastes the incorrect string after I switch accounts

Example if I copy:

CW: The $1 Trillion Private Health Insurance Scam

It pastes as:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Copy the title of a post with "CW: ..."
2. Switch accounts
3. Try pasting that title on a comment or a new post title or body
4. See the error

Additional info:

It somehow converts the post title into a link, and that is why it pastes like that in the switched account

Edit: I forgot to mention that every time that I have done this has been with accounts on different instances each
