Share as Image broken on some Image Posts when setting 'Autoplay GIFs/Videos' option to Wi-fi/Never

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to vger.app
2. Go to settings > general, set the setting 'Autoplay GIFs/Videos' to WIFI/Never
3. Go to https://vger.app/profile/lemmy.ml/c/[email protected]/comments/19277271
4. Click Share as Image and Enable 'Include Post Details' and 'Include Post Text'

Expected behaviour Preview Contains the Image in the Post

The image in the post is .webp (non-animated), and it shows up on the post, but not on the share preview when this setting is set
