What device are you running? It seems to be going to the top on iOS with long threads

I'm fine getting a switch in settings in now, as long as it's defaulted to ios for all devices. It can be considered a beta mode to avoid slowing down...

Another workaround I've been using is to add `item-legacy` class to `IonItem` (probably will go away in the future, but interim fix)
