Agents not starting automatically if host machine is restarted

Agent init script does not support all or default logic, it work only with specified agent name. To resolve this issue init script teamcity-agent must be smart, it must start only agents was started before host reboot by user manually.

Maybe the right way to start and stop this is using Ubic.
