SkypeWeb plugin password's seems to be partially forgotten

Steps to reproduce it:

1 - Set up you pidgin client with skypeweb plugin and pidgin-wincred and configure your account 2 - Go to Accounts -> "Your Skype account" -> Disable 3 - Re-Enable that skype account again 4 - Bump It asks for your password again

Hi i'm using Pidgin 2.10.12, skypeweb plugin v1.1 and v0.5 of this plugin. Other than that i didn't found any issues....Thanks 4 this great plugin
