Error loading panel plugin due to TypeError in SimplePanel

Hi, thank you for this contribution.

I tried to use this panel but it does not work normal. I use Grafana 6.5.3 and ae3e-plotly-panel 0.3.2.

This is due to incompatible versions of Grafana and Plotly plugin. I think you should downgrade to ae3e-plotly-panel v0.2.1 or upgrade to Grafana 7.3
