[Question]: If the menu is using default icons, then how to draw them?

i.e. in a MDI application, the 1st menu item is the Frame Icon (Can be any of them)

but the mmi just has a value (Equivalent of 1) set.

So how does one perform a coloured background draw with the icon over it ?

The current implementation just ignores the bitmap and draws a filled square !
