[Enhancement]: Add visual notice if a podcast is not syncing

Add some clue if a podcast is not syncing.

Why would this be helpful?

Currently if a podcast failed update for 24 times (MaxFailedEpisodeChecks setting), its schedule is disabled by Audiobookshelf. But the user may not find out until they click "Edit button" -> "Schedule". By adding some effect (eg. black/grey out the cover page), it notifys the user this podcast is not actively syncing (either it's configured by user or disabled by error).
