[Enhancement]:Authors With 0 Books - Automatic Cleanup

Describe the feature/enhancement

Please allow the automatic removal of authors with 0 books. I have many authors with 0 books across multiple libraries. The only way to remove them is manually. This is a tedious process that can be automated by ABS. Screenshot 2023-12-29 at 12 06 54 PM
