Shadow menu on mobile

Whenever I use the css and js ALPS files as they are on the alps.adventist.io page the secondary links on the shadow menu do not work on mobile device. For example:

I had to replace "latest" with the actual version number 3.11.4. for it to work.

This is a custom built site in C#, so I had to build the themes based on the html codes.

CDN /latest has not been updated in quite some time and is stuck at 3.6.1

Bug is that Latest is not linking to the latest version
