Version of ALPS for Wordpress v3

Bug Description Carbon fields library complains about field name "_text_link_title" being already registered and returns blank pages even when all plugins are disabled.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Install WordPress 6.4.3. Install APLS version 3.

Expected behavior Blank pages when opened for editing. Inability to edit or save homepage updates.
